About the Lynden Centre
The Lynden Centre is a planned Class A, two-story glass and steel, concrete and stone building with a spectacular, two-story glass Atrium entry and lobby. As a planned “green”, LEED Certified building, Lynden Centre will be built on a previously developed site using the principles of deconstruction and reuse of materials for recycling to protect the Neuse River Basin and surrounding habitat. The building’s own structured three level, covered and secure on-site parking garage is a plus for this prime Crabtree Valley location only minutes from downtown Raleigh, Research Triangle Park and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The Lynden Centre offers suites from 5000-43,600 square feet of leasable space with a total gross square footage of 47,200. All offices have 10' ceilings and there is a free covered, secure parking garage available to tenants.

The Atrium
Another feature unique to Lynden Centre is its roof garden on the West side of the building; a pleasant outdoor oasis with exceptional views of the Crabtree Valley skyline. This garden and exterior landscaping will be designed with drought tolerant flowers, plants, shrubs, trees and other natural organic materials in keeping with the building’s green concept and water conservation mission. The building's elevators have glass backs so riders can see the skyline of North Raleigh - Lead Mine and North Hills Drive as they ride up and down.
In the two-story Atrium lobby, a specially designed water feature and garden area will help humidify the building and provide a quiet, restful, light-filled common area for guests and tenants to enjoy while visiting or working in this eco-friendly building designed for productivity and sustainability.
