Billie Redmond, CEO
Billie Redmond is CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, a Raleigh-based property management, leasing and brokerage services company. For three consecutive years, the Triangle Business Journal ranks TradeMark as the largest commercial real estate firm in the Triangle. In 2008, Billie received the Lifetime Achievement Award for Women in Business by Triangle Business Journal. Billie was named Realtor of the Year in 2006 by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She has received the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, been named to the Business Leader Impact list, and been named Tar Heel of the Week by the News and Observer, as well as being recognized as one of the Business Leader Magazine’s Women Extraordinaire. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has been recognized in Metro Magazines Metro Bravo! Awards as being one of the top commercial real estate firms in the Triangle and has been named a Best Place to Work by Triangle Business Journal. Since 2004, Billie’s firm has been named the top office in North Carolina by Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Billie is active in a number of civic and charitable activities. Most recently she has been appointed co-chair of the Wake County Citizens’ Facilities Advisory Committee, an independent committee charged with evaluating the Wake County Public School System’s capital improvement programs as well as other County capital improvement programs. In 2006 she also received the Opening Doors Award from the Business and Professional Women/USA’s groups of Raleigh and the Triangle, for excellence in her career and making strides to open doors for women in the workplace.
In 2005, Billie was inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women for her efforts to empower women and eliminate racism. She is Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, where she served an unprecendented extended term. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Kids’ N Community Foundation, the Triangle Community Foundation, the Raleigh Area Development Authority, Paragon Commercial Bank, and the WakeMed Health and Hospital system. She is a member of Pleasant Grove Church.

Brian Farmer, President of Advisory Services
Brian manages the Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Team. He has over 10 years experience and has handled 500 transactions in the Triangle area for local and regional landlords and tenants. His specialty is office and flex leasing. Brian is the past President of TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors) and has received the Circle of Distinction Award the past three years.

Jack Lightbody, CPM, Senior VP, Special Projects
Jack S. Lightbody CPM, a California native and resident of Wake Forest, NC, has directed Real Estate investment and management activities for over 40 years. As Senior Vice President of TradeMark Properties, Lightbody specializes in developing commercial properties as a fee developer. TradeMark Properties is a full service Real Estate asset management company, which provides property management and development services including facility, physical, and fiscal management; and leasing and brokerage services throughout the Triangle.
His previous employment and construction includes positions as Special Assistant to Franklin Graham and Construction Manager for planning for Billy Graham Evangelistic Association new headquarters in Charlotte, NC; owner and President of Property Economics Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA. Lightbody, successfully developed a host of mix use, office building, hotel, residential and condominium, industrial and warehouse, and regional mall projects as a institutional developer.
